Created from my personal experience in Copenhagen and my professional perspective as a trend analyst, the concept of Second-Hand Therapy: Copenhagen Method between circular fashion, urban observation, personal style, and contemporary culture through a refined and practical lens.

Inspired by Copenhagen’s uncomplicated aesthetic bicycles crisscrossing the city, refined simplicity, repeated clothing, vintage textures, functionality and individuality, and the absorption of circular fashion into the lives of Danes the Copenhagen Method was developed as a new way to approach fashion consumption with more awareness and intention.

How I Work

TrendWatch Studio is an independent research initiative led entirely by me. Whenever the project allows, I handle every stage of the process from field research and analysis to writing, visual documentation, educational activities, and collaborations with brands and creative teams.

My work bridges research and practice through trend intelligence, consumer behavior analysis, circular fashion, retail observation, and research-based costume design. Across all projects, the goal remains the same: to transform cultural observation into actionable insights while helping to expand the conversation around secondhand fashion and more circular forms of consumption.
