Decode the future of fashion
Copenhagen isn’t just a city; it’s a living laboratory for the future of fashion.

Second Hand Therapy The Copenhagen Method
Began with a challenge: six months without buying clothes.
What started as a personal experiment in 2024 became the foundation for my research into circular fashion, consumer behaviour and trend-led second-hand curation. This video is the first chapter of that journey Youtube.
I documented this journey in four short YouTube videos, inviting others to join the six-month challenge and rethink their relationship with fashion.
After the challenge, I began writing on Substack to reflect on everything I had experienced. These reflections formed the basis of my research into circular fashion and marked the beginning of the work I continue to develop to this day.
In this newsletter from 28 August 2024, I shared one of the habits I developed during my six-month no-buy challenge: regularly attending clothing swap events.
These experiences became an important part of my journey into circular fashion and helped shape the perspective that would later evolve into my research and methodology. Read the full newsletter to learn more about this event and subscribe to follow the journey as it continues.
